Perfect Fluffy Pancakes
These pancakes are incredibly fluffy and delicious. Perfect for weekend breakfasts!
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together buttermilk, eggs, and melted butter.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Don't overmix!
- Heat a griddle over medium heat and lightly grease.
- Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
Enjoy with maple syrup and fresh berries!
