Creamy Homemade Hummus
Once you make hummus at home, you'll never buy it again!
Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt to taste
- 2-3 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Add chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, and salt to food processor
- Process until smooth, adding water gradually for desired consistency
- Taste and adjust seasoning
- Transfer to serving bowl
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika
Serve with pita bread, vegetables, or use as a spread!
