# Creamy Homemade Hummus Once you make hummus at home, you'll never buy it again! ## Ingredients - 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained - 1/4 cup tahini - 2 tablespoons lemon juice - 2 cloves garlic - 1/2 teaspoon cumin - Salt to taste - 2-3 tablespoons water - 2 tablespoons olive oil - Paprika for garnish ## Instructions 1. Add chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, and salt to food processor 2. Process until smooth, adding water gradually for desired consistency 3. Taste and adjust seasoning 4. Transfer to serving bowl 5. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika Serve with pita bread, vegetables, or use as a spread!
